A selection of thoughtful e-mails and letters from past pupils over the years:
It is always lovely to receive feedback from customers by letter or card, though with the advent of e-mail, letters aren't as common any more. If you would like to, please help others by e-mailing me via this site with your memories or thoughts of your learning experience. Let me know if you'd rather not have your e-mail published below (though, as you can see, I will only publish Christian name and date to protect your identity).
"Further to my telephone conversation with you this evening, please find a cheque enclosed for £40. I would like to take this opportunity to say how impressed I was with the standard of teaching Matt had from you."

"Dear Keith, I'm writing to express my gratitude to you for the tuition leading up to my test on Friday. Before joining you my driving confidence was rock bottom, after failing two tests before. I thought that the driving test was something that I would never pass but, as I found during the test, it became almost easy! You were not only a good instructor, but enjoyable to have lessons with and very good company. I would therefore like you to accept my thanks and best wishes and I would also like to express my respect to your company. As you no doubt are aware there are alot of driving school out there that do not meet the necessary standard to pass people like me, and put money before the customer. Thanks again."

"I had thought about driving for years but never got around to doing anything about it until was on maternity leave. I phoned up a few driving instructors to find out what was offered. Immediately I spoke to you, you made me feel at ease and would welcome any questions I had. I did not feel under any pressure or obligation. I started learning with you in February 2006 and passed my test, first time with 3 minor faults, in April 2006. You are obviously very experienced and well qualified. Punctual, professional, friendly and polite and immediately I felt comfortable in your company. This enhanced my learning experienced and I believe I passed quicker because of this. My motorway lesson after passing my test was invaluable also. The standard of driver education is excellent value for money. Keith you will be highly recommended!"

"I still go around with a smile on my face. Wouldn't have done it without you. I'm so happy now I can drive around; just get in and go. I often stop and think about what you told me to do. It means so much to me to be able to visit my granddaughter in Reading. Thank you again for your expertise."
